New open surgery is a very good idea. I was seen by a Dr quicker than waiting on the phone.

Care via doctor good. Sit and wait appt system is not very well thought about if 50+ people turn up at same time etc health and safety. Not good for working people or schools who require an appt card to authorize absences!
